What you get: A luxurious new villa with stunning views of the tropical valley is located in Chalong district, near the famous landmark – the Temple of the Great Buddha. This heavenly place is ideal for both family holidays and festive events.

Beach: You can reach the beaches of Nai Harn, Kata and Karon in 15-20 minutes by car or motorbike. Nai Harn is a very picturesque beach about 600 meters long, surrounded by groves of coconut, casuarina and other tropical trees. The descent into the water is gentle, so it is good to relax with children here. From November to April, the sea on Nai Harn is calm, and from May to October there may be waves, but less than on other beaches in Phuket. There are several restaurants and shops near the beach, as well as a large lake with a park – a popular place for morning jogging and cycling. On the way to the sea there is a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies.

What’s nearby: Minimarkets like 7/11 (Family Mart), as well as large supermarkets of the European type Makro and Tesco Lotus are within walking distance (only 500 meters).

Outside: On the territory of the villa there is a saltwater swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers. There is a dining area by the pool, suitable for a pleasant outdoor meal. If desired, you can arrange a barbecue here – everything you need for this is available.

Inside: The villa has eight bedrooms, which can comfortably accommodate a company of up to 16 people. Each bedroom has an individual bathroom, and there is also an additional bathroom.

On the main floor there is a spacious living room, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a TV room with a large sofa, garden views and access to the pool terrace, and an entertainment room with a bar and billiards.

The villa is equipped with all modern amenities: cable TV and telephony, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iPod docking stations, safes, all necessary kitchen appliances.

Included in the price: A concierge service that will take care of you throughout your stay. Daily cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, 24-hour security, WiFi throughout, garden and pool maintenance once a week. The staff is on site from 7:00 to 16:00.

Additional charges: Additional services: event management, massage, spa, babysitting services. Food products at the market price + 20% for service.

How to rent:

You choose the villa you like.

We will send you the Invoice and the Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is paid upon check-in at the villa. During the peak season, the prepayment is 100%.

You send us a payment document – from this moment the villa is booked in your name and dates.

Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with check-in. Further, during your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps with current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, car rental, hiring a babysitter and everything that you may need.
