From November to April, the sea on Nai Harn is calm, and from May to October there may be waves, but less than on other beaches in Phuket. There are several restaurants and shops near the beach, as well as a large lake with a park – a popular place for morning jogging and cycling. On the way to the sea there is a large selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies.

What’s nearby: The complex is very convenient and accessible, just a few minutes walk from the relaxing Xuanluang Park and less than 5 minutes drive from the best shopping mall – Central Festival Phuket, close to Dibuk Hospital, surrounded by hotels, shops and restaurants. Karon Beach is 14 km from the complex, but residents of the area prefer to relax on Nai Harn Beach, 16 km away.

In the complex: Entrance is by key-carriage. There is a covered parking in front of the entrance. There is a recreation area on the ground floor, for your comfort the building has an elevator, a night security service and a porter.
