Many people come here to watch the planes landing – Phuket Airport is located near the southern part of the beach, and the planes fly so low that it seems you can catch them by the tail. There are several luxury hotel and villa complexes on Mai Khao within walking distance from the sea.

What’s nearby: The condominium is located a 10-minute drive from the airport, within walking distance from Mai Khao Beach. There are several local cafes, restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Splash Jungle Water Park is 500 meters away.

What’s in the complex: There is a good internal infrastructure, including: swimming pools, restaurant, gym, reception, Parking. The territory is decorated with tropical plants and has several recreation areas.

Outside: An open balcony overlooking the pool and green areas.

Inside: An apartment with one bedroom, which has a large bed, a boudoir and a spacious wardrobe. The living room is combined with a kitchenette, which has everything you need and a dining area for 2 people. The sofa in the living room is unfolded and can comfortably accommodate a child under 18 years old. A baby cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

Each room has air conditioning and panoramic windows and doors.

Included in the price: TV, Wi-Fi. Cleaning once a week is included, when booking from 14 days.

Additional charges: Electricity and water, cleaning is paid additionally, when booking less than two weeks. Additional services: Car rental, transfer, leisure activities and much more.

How to rent:

You choose the villa you like.

We will send you the Invoice and the Rental Agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. 50% prepayment is required at the time of booking, the remaining 50% is paid upon check-in at the villa. During the peak season, the prepayment is 100%.

You send us a payment document – from this moment the villa is booked in your name and dates.

Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with check-in. Further, during your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps with current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, car rental, hiring a babysitter and everything that you may need.
