Beach access: The resort is located walking distance to Kata beach (about 5 minutes’ walk). This 1,5 kilometer long beach is covered with fine white sands and gently slopes into the sea, which is good for swimming with children. There is a good choice of local restaurants and bars right near the beach. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves.

What is nearby: The infrastructure of the area is well developed and walking distance there is a choice of shops, restaurants, cafes, mini-marts like 7/11.

About the residence: Shared infinity swimming pool 35 meters long, seaview terraces with sun lounges. The pool side bar offers a good collection of wines, and the seaside restaurant is famous for its exquisite dishes. Guests can order a seaside picnic or in villa dinner cooked by private chef. The resort comprises high quality SPA center, professionally equipped gym, silver jewelry and souvenirs store. Such activities as yoga classes, tours, diving can be organized for the guests, as well as yacht charters, weddings and other events.

Outdoor living: Private 7 meters long infinity swimming pool, spacious terrace with outdoor living area and sun beds.

Indoor living: The villa spreads over two levels. On the lower level there is spacious living with TV area, dining area, modern Western style kitchen, and guest toilet. On the upper level there is ocean facing bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, king size bed, and a desk. The house features full automation with iPad control system of everything from blinds to ordering a sandwich.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.You choose the villa you like.
• 2.We send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make 50% advance payment within 3 working days. The remaining 50% should be paid 30 days before arrival date. These conditions may vary depending on the rate type. For bookings for the peak season advance payment is 100%.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
