Beach access: The resort is located in small bay with private 500 meters long beach. From November to April the sea is calm, and from May to October there may be high waves and rip currents.

What is nearby: The nearest restaurants are within 500-1000 meters. Patong beach is in 1.8 km and it offers a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. Famous Bangla road is located here. 3 km to the South there is Karon beach with quieter, but still diverse infrastructure with local markets, restaurants, and massage salons.

About the residence: The resort offers 9 restaurants including barbeque restaurant, Thai, Japanese and Italian cuisine, pizzeria, and international cuisine. There is an equipped gym, luxury SPA center, kids club, tennis and squash courts, putting green, 2 large shared pools with Jacuzzi and kids area amongst tropical gardens. Use of equipment for non-motor water sports is complimentary.

Outdoor living: Large 63 sq. m. balcony with sun lounges and Ocean views.

Indoor living: Spacious living is divided into seating and dining areas, and also features mini-bar, refrigerator and coffee and tea facilities. Bedroom comes with a private balcony, and large bathroom with oversized bathtub. Complimentary use of bathrobes, slippers, bath ameneties is provided.

Included services: Daily maid service, linen and towels change, breakfast (for some tariffs may be extra), TV, Wi-Fi (for some tariffs may be extra), gym.

How to rent a villa:

• 1.Choose the apartment you like.
• 2.We will send to you the Agreement and invoice and reserve the villa for you for 3 days. It will be necessary to make advance payment within 3 working days. The amount of the advance payment depends on the available rates on the day of eservation.
• 3.After the payment is confirmed the villa is reserved for you.
• 4.Upon arrival the driver will meet you at the airport and take to the villa, where your personal concierge manager will help you with check-in. The manager will be available 24 hours a day during all your stay to help you with all arising questions and to organize tours, hire babysitter, and do anything you might need.
