Outside: Terrace with dining table, direct access to the common area of the complex.

Inside: A cozy three-bedroom apartment. Each bedroom is combined with a bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils. There is also a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area.

Included in the price: House cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, cable TV, concierge service, security.

Paid separately: Electricity and water supply, additional services.

How to rent:

1. You choose the apartment you like. 2.We will send you the invoice and the rental agreement and reserve the apartment for 3 days. A 50% prepayment will be required at the time of booking. The remaining amount is paid upon arrival. When booking for the peak (New Year’s) period, the prepayment is 100%. 3.You send us a payment document – from this moment on, the apartment is booked in your name and dates. 4. Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the apartment, where the concierge manager will help you with check-in. Further, during your entire vacation, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps with current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, car rental, hiring a babysitter and everything that you may need.
