What you get: Villa for 5 bedrooms with a communal pool on the territory of a complex in the Laguna area.
Beach: Bang Tao is one of the best in Phuket. The beach is an eight kilometers long stretch of coastline. In addition, Bang Tao is the most luxurious beach on the island. Wealthy people from all over the world spend their holidays here. The hotels have numerous restaurants with cuisines from different countries, SPA-salons, gyms. The Bang Tao coast is sandy and in some areas it is quite narrow – 10-15 meters. There are maps where the beach is divided into several beaches: the southern one is actually called Bang Tao, the central (longest) one is Laguna Beach, and the northern one is Layan Beach.
What’s nearby: There are several local restaurants and cafes nearby. The nearest supermarket of the European type, Villa Market (in addition to it, there are a large number of restaurants, cafes and clothing stores on the territory) is 2 km away, as well as a large supermarket like Tesco Lotus at 3.8 km (including Thai banks).

Payment Conditions
- You choose the villa you like.
- We will send you an invoice and a rental agreement and reserve the villa for 3 days. When booking, you must pay 50% of the prepayment, the remaining 50% are paid upon arrival at the villa. For the peak season, the prepayment is 100%.
- You send us a payment document - from this moment the villa is booked in your name and dates.
- Upon arrival, our driver will meet you at the airport, take you to the villa, where the concierge manager will help you with your check-in. Further, during your entire holiday, the concierge manager is in touch with you 24 hours a day, helps in solving current issues, as well as organizing excursions, trips, car rental, hiring a nanny and everything that you may need.
